CME on Hip and Knee Arthroplasty-13/7/2025
Organized by: Telangana Orthopaedic Surgeons Association (TOSA), Twin Cities Orthopaedic Society (TCOS), and Care Hospitals
We are delighted to share the success of the recent CME and Hands-on Workshop on Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, held in collaboration with TOSA, TCOS, and Care Hospitals. The event saw the active participation of over 350 delegates and was accredited with 2 CME credit points by the Medical Council.
Inauguration and Dignitaries:

Scientific Program:
The academic sessions featured:
Short didactic lectures by expert faculty from Care Hospitals and telangana state
Interactive case discussions on complex hip and knee arthroplasty cases
Coverage of essential topics such as:
- Basic anatomy and biomechanics
- Surgical exposures and approaches
- Arthroplasty techniques and implant design
- Postoperative care and rehabilitation protocols
Hands-On Training:
Participants were given the opportunity to perform procedures on saw bone models, allowing for practical training and skill refinement in both hip and knee arthroplasty techniques.
International Guest Faculty:
A special highlight of the event was the keynote address by Dr. Antonia F. Chen, MD, MBA (USA), who delivered a comprehensive lecture on the management of prosthetic joint infections.
